Letter to my pets
The following was found posted very low on a refrigerator door.
Dear Dogs and Cats:
The dishes with the paw prints are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Placing a paw print in the middle of my plate and food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.
The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack. Racing me to the bottom is not the object. Tripping me doesn't help because I fall faster than you can run.
I cannot buy anything bigger than a king sized bed. I am very sorry about this. Do not think I will continue sleeping on the couch to ensure your comfort, however. Dogs and cats can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep. It is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other, stretched out to the fullest extent possible. I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out on the other end to maximize space is nothing but sarcasm.

Dogg Parlour Fun
I own a dog grooming parlour and have never had so much fun in my working life. I thought I knew all I needed to know about dogs but daily I am reminded that they are actually way more intelligent than we give them credit for and their love is so very pure

Ear problems
I really need some advice - my amstaff really battles with his ears. The vet says it is probably an allergy - he's been on numerous treatments and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help? Thank you.

What is true Responsible Pet Ownership
I'd like to get your view on it - what is being a responsible pet owner? Is it in the way you treat your pet? Is it the food that you give them? Is it the amount of time you spend with them? Or is it all of the above? Please give me your view

Firework Laws?
Does anyone know if there is a time limit into the night when fireworks are to stop or is this the users common sense and consideration for others and our pets?

Fireworks in Pietermaritzburg
I live in the Scottsville area and this gets a little loud but the loud bangs are over quick and the consideration for others is there.

What a cute little visitor
I was sitting quietly minding my own business last night when my two dogs started barking and showing great excitement. To my surprise a little Yorkshire Terrier walked in - the cutest little male. He must have squeezed through my gate (which I must add doesn't have very big gaps in it!)

Anyway the little one wandered around the house for a while and then settled in for the night. Fortunately his owners realised he was gone and he was reclaimed this morning. It is quite funny though - now every time my two dogs bark I almost expect our visitor to be standing at the front door again. Amazing how animals can just touch your life.

DO YOU NEED A SURROGATE MOM FOR YOUR PUPPIES
Please Help! My dog is having a false pregnancy and my vet suggested that we should try and get her some puppies (to try and get her to be some sort of a surrogate mother). If you know of any please contact me - 079 895 8730.

Ultrasonic Sound - Will it impact negatively on my breeding birds
Help! I am a dog and parrot breeder, my problem is I need to reduce my dog barking but I am concerned that the ultrasonic sound control method is going to impact negatively on my breeding birds within a 15 m radius. Does anyone have some input for me? or maybe another product that would be safe for both my dogs and birds.

Long-haired cat losing a lot of hair
I inherited a long-haired cat and she is pretty old already. She is losing clumps of hair, literally - is this as a result of age, or is there something in her diet that I can change to improve this?

Siberian Kitten
I am desperate to find a Siberian Kitten, it seems to me that it is impossible to find one in our area. We are from KZN. I am allergic to cats, but love them so much. I did some homework on these cats, and it came up that this Russian breed cat is hypo-aller.
Please help me find one!!!
